Unlocking Insights: Key Findings from Our Recent Survey

1. Strong Interest in Private Real Estate

How much of your overall portfolio is allocated to private real estate investments?  Real estate allocation   Our survey revealed that over 50% of respondents have allocated between 10% and 50% of their portfolios to private real estate investments. This underscores the growing importance of this asset class and its central role in shaping investment strategies.

2. Crowdfunding Platforms: A Niche Option

If you have previously invested in private commercial real estate investments, how are you accessing these opportunities? While crowdfunding is gaining visibility, traditional investment methods remain the dominant approach for most of our community.

3. Anticipated Growth in Private Real Estate

This trend suggests a strong confidence in the sector and a strategic focus on capitalizing on future opportunities.

4. Multifamily Properties Dominate

Rank your interest in investing in these property types: Investor Asset Class Multifamily properties stood out as the top choice for asset class investment. Office and retail properties, in contrast, garnered less interest, highlighting shifting preferences and evolving market dynamics.

5. Income-Driven Investments

Why do you mainly invest in private market real estate? Real Estate Preference Over 50% of our investors cite current income as the primary reason for investing in private real estate. This focus on income generation is a key driver behind their investment decisions and strategies.
